Detect and run important Flash content if you want Chrome to automatically unblock Flash running on some places that are considered important. Allow sites to run Flash if you want to enable Flash Player autorun on all sites in Internet (an option that I personally do not recommend, as it has negative effects on the duration of the battery and loads numerous superfluous content, such as Flash ad banners). Now, locate the entry for Flash and choose one of the three available options: If you want to change the settings related to the execution of Flash Player, click on the button (.) located in the upper right and select the configurations in the menu that appears.Īt this point, scroll to the bottom and at the bottom of the tab that has been opened, click on the item Show advanced configuration…, scroll down again and press the button Content Settings.
If not, click the button (.) located in the upper right of the Chrome toolbar, select the items Help> About Google Chrome in the menu that appears and wait for the latest version of the browser to download to the PC, which will also contain the latest version of Flash Player.
The version of Flash installed in Chrome must match the one indicated next to the entry Chrome (built-in) - PPAPI in the table at the bottom of the page (that is, the latest version of the plugin). This way, you should be able to authorize Flash Player to run and see the version of the plugin installed in Chrome. If you don't see a box that says "Version Information" and there is an icon for a Puzzle piece, right click on it and select the item Run this addon in the menu that appears.
